We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to manage front desk reception and support our client's accounting and facilities teams.
Duties include:
Reception & Office Support
Facilities & Lease Admin
Accounts Payable
Invoicing
This role requires proficiency in QuickBooks and Timberline/Sage 300, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experieence in property management/real estate/construction highly preferred.
Salary: $26-$32 Hourly.
This role is highly preferred as an interim or contract to hire role.
